Shipping Policy
At Angela for NYC, we want delivery to feel clear and reliable. Below you'll find where we ship, how orders are handled, and what to expect when it comes to timing.
1. Where We Ship
For now, Angela for NYC delivers only within the United States.
Orders placed from outside the US can't be processed at this time.
2. Delivery Address
We send each order to the address you enter at checkout.
It's up to you to make sure those details are correct and complete. An address that's wrong or missing information can lead to delays or a parcel being sent back.
3. Order Processing
Once you've placed an order, we prepare and process it within 1 to 3 business days.
Business days run Monday through Friday, public holidays excluded. Anything ordered over a weekend or holiday is processed on the next working day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT -5, Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, can be processed the same day.
Orders that come in after that cut-off, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), are processed on the next business day (Monday).
4. Shipping Duration
After your order is processed and leaves our logistics center, shipping to the US usually takes:
8 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday)
Timing can shift depending on a few things, such as:
- Seasonal demand
- Transport capacity or logistics constraints
- Customs clearance
- Public holidays
- Higher order volumes during sales or promotions
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The full timeline comes in two parts:
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: 8–12 business days
That works out to roughly 9–15 business days from the day you order.
These are estimates, and they can occasionally move because of factors outside our control. Our logistics partners keep an eye on shipments to help everything run smoothly.
6. Shipping Costs
Every order from Angela for NYC ships free. There are no extra shipping or handling charges.

8. Order Tracking

Keep in mind that tracking details can take 3–8 business days to appear after a parcel leaves the warehouse, depending on the carrier.
9. Failed Deliveries or Wrong Addresses
If a package can't be delivered because the checkout address was wrong or incomplete:
- The shipment may be sent back to our logistics partner
- Our support team will reach out to sort it out
- We'll work with you to arrange redelivery or another suitable solution
To keep things moving, please double-check your delivery details before you complete your order.
10. Delivery Confirmation
When the carrier marks a package as delivered, we consider the shipment complete.
If you can't find a parcel that's been marked delivered, our support team will help you contact the carrier and look into what happened.
